Global Tax Changes 2020. UKRBEPS
On February , 20th Agilites visited the meetup “Legal & Finance Community” organized by Kharkiv IT Cluster to discuss the theme “UKRBEPS. If There Is Life After Law 1210”.
Stakeholders, heads of C-level, financial specialists and lawyers visited it.
The speaker, Oksana Kobzar, head of Legal Kharkiv IT Cluster and partner of AXON gave our community a speech based on the following key issues that are in focus of the head specialists of IT companies, such as how IT-business, structured in foreign jurisdictions can survive and flourish in the world of new tax transparency, what to do with foreign companies under control and old structures, BEPSerfication of Europe and Ukraine’s participation in this process and Ukrainian digital tax.
